Automation of stators production
Šula, Martin ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a robotic workplace layout for finishing operations on the stator of an electric motor. Three variants of the workplace layout were created, these variants were evaluated, and then the most suitable variant was selected. Suitable subcomponents have been created for this variant, such as the end effector, deburring spindles, rotary stand and milling table. A risk analysis was also created for her to ensure the safety and protection of the operator. The most suitable variant was transferred to the Process Simulate software, where its functionality was verified and the real cell cycle was determined.
Production automation of transformer components based on industrial robot
Procházka, Petr ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the automate process of primary transformer´s soldering. My work is to assess proceedings that guarantee that tolerances given by the controlling company shall be as accurate as possible. Final version of the product is modified in such a way to meet a size criterion as well as strength, anti-corrosion, space and price standards. The final version of the product is tested by the robot during the process. The main task is the verification of the size stability during the operation. One of the point of my bachelor´s thesis is to descripe a plan of automate workplace. The main reason for designing a plan of automate workplace is to help employees and facilitate from demanding work in the process of primary coil soldering.
Industrial robot application in area forming technology
Coufal, Jiří ; Matějka, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to familiarize a reader with the application of the industrial robots in the forming technology area. It presents the chosen forming metal proceedings and the typical forming machines, especially the sorts of the industrial robots and the manipulators (allocation, classification, robot producers). The bachelor thesis describes the current industrial robots and the manipulators used in the industrial applications and the forming metal technology. The characteristic pictures with legends display all the related problems.
Design of virtual model robotic workplace
Chromčík, Adam ; Holub, Michal (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a virtual model of a robotic workplace. Robot and robotic workplaces are researched. Further, the design and safety phases of these workplaces are discussed. A conceptual model of the robotic workplace with robot IRB 4400/60 is designed, which is placed in the machine laboratory C1 of the Institute of Production Machines, Systems and Robotics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. The virtual model is created in Process Simulate 13.0. It is designed to manipulate the dice, weld and operate the vertical machine tool.
Desing of the robotic workstation for automatic tightening screws connections seatback – seat and belt buckle
Kafuněk, Jan ; Šubrt, Kamil (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the problem of designing an automatic robotic workstation for automatic tightening screws connections seatback – seat and belt buckle. The research part of this thesis deals with current trends in the automotive industry, especially with the problem of assembling seats part, with focus on screwing. The design part of this thesis maps the process of designing two variants of an automatic robotic workstation. Special attention was given to the process of choosing the right industrial robot for the task, as well as to the construction of the end-effector and of the resulting 3D data. The right version of the workstation for the consecutive implementation was then chosen based on multi-criteria evaluation. The finishing touch of this thesis is a risk analysis for the implemented workstation.
Design of a Robotic Cell for Object Placement into a Lathe
Baláková, Marie ; Kubela, Tomáš (referee) ; Pochylý, Aleš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of a workplace concept for the purpose of machining semifinished bolts used in automotive industry. The workplace includes a special purpose machine, input and output slip and robotic handling. Layout of the workplace is also part of the work. Further, the work is focused on the specific design of the special purpose machine and the 6th-axis robot gripping end effector is more detailed.
Design of a Robotic Cell
Sobotka, Tomáš ; Pochylý, Aleš (referee) ; Kubela, Tomáš (advisor)
Design of robotic cell for welding operations at specific production part including unchangeable process technology. Design of subsystems provides required functions and abilities. Risk management of entire model and its transformation into Siemens Process Simulate simulation software including creation task-cycle simulation.
Welding robotized workplaces with emphasis on peripheral devices
Šperl, Vojtěch ; Kočiš, Petr (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on a robotized department of welding technology. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part deals with classification and the basic division of robots. The second one introduces the current deployment of robots in different industrial branches. The penultimate part is dedicated to the robotic welding. It talks about different sectors of robotic workplaces for welding and describes the peripherals that are being used today. In the conclusion, the thesis analyses the pros and cons of robotized workplaces and also discusses example workplaces and components that are propitious for robotized welding.
Design of robotized workplace for assembly of drill chucks
Koutňák, Jan ; Szabari, Mikuláš (referee) ; Kočiš, Petr (advisor)
Master's thesis is focused on design of robotized workplace for assembly of drill chucks. In the first part the fundamental issue is described. The next part contains an analysis of selected chuck, which continues with design of robotized workplace including components. The thesis is also focused on a work cycle design, risk analysis and economic evaluation. Drawing documentation, 3D workplace model and work cycle simulation video is attached.
Trends in safety systems of robotic workplaces
Zagorská, Kateřina ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of safety of robotized workplaces. The aim was to get acquainted with current legislation and certain standards that are needed for the appropriate construction and handling of machines. Furthermore, it summarizes security systems used today in form of a research and deals with security trends that could replace these systems in the future.
